Because we are a full-service post-production facility, with one phone call your project can be captioned, dubbed and delivered from start to finish. Visual Data Media Services accepts and delivers caption elements in a variety of formats, from VHS to D5 to Digital Betacam. We provide caption files for NTSC, PAL and for High Definition programming and can deliver files via email, FTP or by disk. With a full complement of closed captioning stations and multiple shifts, we work nearly round-the-clock to ensure your project is delivered on time.

State-Of-The-Art Equipment

Visual Data Media Services uses the most advanced non-linear captioning systems available to increase the speed, accuracy and efficiency of the captioning process. Our systems also allow us to easily convert NTSC and PAL files between standards and create high-definition closed captions. If you no longer have your original caption file, but have a closed-captioned master, our advanced captioning software can capture encoded closed-captions from the video. This allows us to use the existing data and reformat the captions to conform to your edited program.
