Visual Data Media Services is thrilled to announce the addition of High-Definition Editing and Duplication to our growing roster of services. Our Avid Nitris offers real-time editing and effects for multistream 10-bit HD. It supports a wide range of high-definition formats in uncompressed and production-quality compressed HD resolutions in 8 and 10 bits and allows the creation of finished masters in a variety of HD and SD formats (ie PAL, NTSC, Web, Film, 4:3, 16:9 and DVD).

In addition to the Avid Nitrus, we've also added several Panasonic D5 (AJ-HD3700B) VTR's to our equipment complement. This provides us with the flexibility of having single machine function in HD and SD plus the popular 1080/24p and 1080/24PsF. Our D5's are capable of multiple frame rates, multiple formats and multiple standards plus 8-channels of audio, built-in medadata capabilities, analog audio I/O and built-in format conversion.

These new services, combined with our long-standing expertise in creating true high-definition closed captions and subtitles, make Visual Data your one-stop shop for High Definition.

Subtitling & Captioning

Visual Data Media Services can handle any high-definition subtitling or closed-captioning project, including subtitles destined for Digital Cinema projection. As your one-stop captioning and subtitling provider, we can deliver your finished master in a variety of tape formats and aspect ratios. Visual Data provides captions and subtitles in both NTSC and PAL as well as any High Definition format.  We can easily convert between tape standards.
